Options Program
The PA Dept. of Aging Options Program allows eligible individuals who need help with their personal care to receive "hands on" assistance. Individuals are qualified for the program through their local Area Agency on Aging (AAA). A representative from the AAA will assess the client and determine their needs, which will be reflected in a care plan if they qualify.
