This challenging and rewarding opportunity is a new position in a growing department and will appeal to an energetic and visionary candidate. Responsibilities include development, implementation, and direction of HR programs and proactive participation in decisions affecting organizational strategies, operations, and administration involving human resources.
Requirements include HR proficiency with an emphasis on employee relations, strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and highly effective written and oral communications skills, a BA or BS in human resources or business administration or related field and minimum of 5 years of professional human resource experience with at least three years in an HR leadership position.
Masters in HR or an MBA and PHR or SPHR preferred.
